While I highly commend you on your recent award, having read the article in this week’s North Shore News of Oct. 31st regarding the switch to LED lighting I wish to add that the quality of “white” LED can be so ‘blue’ as to give a very garish/stark and ugly look to our surroundings – our beautiful BC! There is a ‘warm’ version of LED which still provides the kind of brightness and “even distribution” Mr. Fiorvento refers to. I suspect my comments come too late, but please keep this in mind. It is something I have been concerned about for many, many years.
